Aldo Cadau

Aldo Cadau has been named executive chef at Maldives luxury eco-resort, Gili Lankanfushi.

Cadau had previously worked at Hotel Cervo, Four Seasons Hotel Milan, Qasr Al Sarab Resort by Anantara, Abu Dhabi and many other brand hotels around the world. Prior to joining Gili Lankanfushi, Cadau was executive chef at Jumeirah Dhevanafushi.

The new executive chef will oversee operations at the resort’s Main Restaurant and other dining destinations, including; By The Sea, Fini Foni, Overwater Bar and in-room villa dining. Meanwhile, Cadau will oversee the island’s evening themed dining experiences, such as Passage through India and Gili Tasting Journey.
