Lori Bradley has been named senior vice president of talent management and organisational effectiveness of United Airlines.

Bradley is a veteran human resources executive, bringing more than 25 years of talent management expertise with large corporations to this newly created role with United. Bradley comes to United Airlines from PVH Corp, one of the world's largest global apparel companies, with a diversified portfolio of lifestyle apparel brands led by Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger. Bradley gained prior experience with Wyeth, Raytheon Corporation and Development Dimensions International, a global human resources consulting firm.

The new senior vice president will be responsible for setting and leading a global talent management strategy, including organisational design and effectiveness, talent acquisition, and diversity and inclusion, as well as learning and development programmes.
