VietJet Enhances India and Vietnam Routes

VietJet has announced its plans to operate direct flights connecting Vietnam and India, while its subsidiary, Thai VietJet, is to launch a new direct domestic service between Bangkok and Krabi, Thailand.

Both plans are designed to become part of VietJet’s long-term development programme to be a consumer airline serving all customer demands. The India route will connect Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam with New Delhi, India with four weekly flights, serving the growing travel demands and contributing to the region’s integration and trade exchange.

For the domestic Thailand route, Thai VietJet’s new service between Suvarnabhumi Airport and Krabi Airport, is scheduled to start on April 05. The service will operate with two daily return flights, deploying an Airbus A320 aircraft. Thai VietJet’s new Thailand route means the carrier now operates five domestic routes within the country.
