New Gastro-Pub and Brewery Opens at Cairns Waterfront

A state-of-the-art craft brewery, 50 tap gastro-pub and versatile events space for 600 seated guests are features of Cairns’ newest waterfront destination.

The multi-million-dollar Hemingway’s Brewery Cairns Wharf is Queensland’s, Australia, largest craft brewery north of Brisbane and one of Australia’s largest gastro pubs.

Having opened in June, the venue is located within the heritage-listed Shed 2 of Cairns Cruise Liner Terminal.

A newer and much larger space with 10 times the brewing capacity of its Port Douglas sister venue, Hemingway's Brewery, Cairns Wharf boasts a 19 m long bar and taps offering at least 10 Hemingway's brewed beers, guest beers, and ciders.

The venue offers various seating options both indoors, with views to the brewery, and outdoors, with waterside views. There are multiple options for functions.
