Tourism Tasmania Reveals ATE Successful Participation

Tourism Tasmania revealed its successful presence at last month's Australian Tourism Exchange (ATE) event, which took place from April 15 – 19.

Tourism Tasmania hosted over 250 back-to-back meetings with delegates from all their key markets, and its Tasmanian café was inundated as the organisation showcased a range of local Tasmanian products.

ATE is one of Australia’s largest annual travel and tourism business-to-business events, bringing together Australian tourism businesses and tourism wholesalers and retailers from around the world through scheduled business appointments and networking events. Around 1,500 Australian seller delegates from approximately 550 companies, 700 key buyer delegates from over 30 countries, and over 80 international and Australian media, attended the global event.
