Bob Cummings is the new executive vice president, strategy and guest services at WestJet.

Cummings brings with him 12 years of experience at the executive vice president level having covered various commercial roles.

In his new role, Cummings will assume responsibility for business development, strategy execution, including oversight of key in-year strategic initiatives, and guest services, including; WestJet's contact centre, and the critical guest-listening functions for guest relations and consumer research.
