Austrian Airlines increased its passenger volume for the month of May, transporting almost 1.3 million passengers, corresponding to a rise of 7.3 percent compared to May 2017.

Revenue passenger km increased by 7.2 percent. Capacity utilisation of the flights (seat load factor) was at an average of 75.1 percent in May this year, 1.1 percent higher compared to May 2017. The number of flights climbed by five percent in May to 13,830.
