There was a significant rise in hosted luxury travel agents from the US, up 15 percent, this year and 10 percent more attended from France and Northern Europe. 45 percent of those hosted at this year’s ILTM were new buyers. A total of 66,292 appointments took place throughout the week, an increase of 9.5 percent year on year.
