A EUR1.35 million (USD1.7 million) marketing campaign in the UK will be complemented by a Fáilte Ireland’s EUR500,000 (USD 617,970) programme to support businesses. The Wonders of the Wild Atlantic Way promotion campaign will be rolled out by Tourism Ireland in two phases: the first phase is set to happen between February – March and phase two between September – October.
The campaign aims to encourage British holidaymakers to visit Wild Atlantic Way during the off-season months, highlighting ease of access from Cork, Kerry, Shannon, Knock, Donegal and City of Derry airports.
