Staybridge Suites Helps British Holidaymakers Eat Better

Almost two thirds (61 percent) of Brits admit gaining weight after being on a trip, with more than one in three (36 percent) admitting to eating nearly 1,000 additional calories a day when travelling, according to new research.

The study, commissioned by extended-stay hotel brand Staybridge Suites, an IHG hotel, revealed eating on the go and a lack of home cooked meals are the main causes for overindulging while away on holiday or business.

Offeing travellers a slice of home, Staybridge Suites teamed up with British Chef and TV presenter Matt Tebbutt to create Tastes of Home - easy, home-cooked recipes guests can cook while staying at the hotel.

As an all-suite extended stay brand, every Staybridge Suites room includes a fully equipped kitchen for guests to easily prepare their own meals in.
