Aiming to keep its customers updated about the operation of Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP) in a more engaging way, Metropolitan Airports Commission (MAC) Environment Department has recently launched an interactive tool application.

MSP Interactive Reports tool allows users to view information in a consolidated manner. The reports are grouped by month into four subject areas containing maps and visual aids to give readers a better understanding of the information.

Commenting on the occasion, Brad Juffer, assistant manager, noise, environment and planning, MAC, stated, “Our intent in this effort was to provide information that could be read by all of our customers. Overview pages are provided for individuals that just want a summary, while more detailed information is properly organised on the site to be more intuitive.”
