Prior to her new role, Agagilas brings over 16 years of hospitality and sales expertise by starting her career at The Ritz-Carlton Istanbul’s pre-opening team and later working as a director of sales at Raffles Istanbul, and director of sales and marketing of Ciragan Palace Kempinski in Istanbul.

In her new role she will oversee the sales, marketing, communications, and events departments, give strategic market insight and leadership skills to drive the divisions to achieve greater successes.
