Japan Airlines Introduced Innovative Menu

Japan Airlines and culinary contest RED U-35 have collaborated to launch new onboard menu, enabling economy class passengers to experience innovative dishes designed by young talented chefs.


Six competition finalists created inspiring in-flight menus, set to please the tastes of domestic and international passengers alike.

Fusing the elements of Japanese, French and Chinese cuisines, the dishes will be altered every three months according to new seasons.

Through the cooperation, the partners aim to capitalise on providing the opportunities to aspiring chefs and deliver a refreshing dining experience during every journey.
