ACI Europe Publishes New Passenger Services Guidelines

Airports Council International (ACI) Europe released a new edition of its Guidelines on Passenger Services at European Airports publication.

The new publication is to provide what is described as the most comprehensive guidance on how to conceptualise, plan, deliver and assess the airport passenger experience.

According to ACI Europe, putting passengers at the heart of the airport business is a major imperative for airports across Europe.

The organisation notes that, facing increasing competition, airports need to provide the best passenger experience to better differentiate themselves and to meet the needs and expectations of all types of passengers.

The new publication can be downloaded with hard copies also available upon request.
