The European Community Shipowners’ Associations (ECSA), representing the national shipowners’ associations of the European Union, held a board of directors meeting on October 04 in Brussels, where Themis Papadopoulos, president, Cyprus Shipping Chamber and Thomas A. Kazakos, represented the Cyprus Shipping Industry as part of the Cyprus delegation.
The Cyprus Shipping Chamber, as the official representative of the Cyprus Shipping Industry, paid tribute to World Maritime Day 2018, which has been established and celebrated by the International Maritime Organisation (IMO) every year at the end of September, with a dedicated member’s meeting on September 24, at the Four Seasons Hotel in Limassol, Cyprus.
