As the spotlight falls on the 21st edition of Dubai Summer Surprises (DSS), organisers, Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment, an agency of the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing, has drawn up plans in collaboration with leading corporate groups to ensure the success of the region’s most famous summer shopping season.

Hailed  the region’s most popular retail event, this year’s Dubai Summer Surprises (DSS), which kicked off on July 01 and will run until August 12, is generating improved sales and footfall at malls across the emirate.
