Previously general manager of Fairmont Ajman, Kourotsidis’ new role will see him further elevate the group’s presence in the region, spearheading the operations, performance and strategic direction for all three hotels.
A seasoned hotelier with more than 25 years’ experience across Germany, Ireland and the Middle East, his past roles include general manager of The Diplomat Radisson Blu Hotel, Residence & Spa in Bahrain, where he successfully managed a 12-month refurbishment of 246 rooms and 121 serviced apartments during his tenure.

With a total of 827 keys across Dubai, Ajman and Fujairah, as well as Fairmont Dubai’s offices and residences, Kourotsidis will be responsible for leading commercial strategies and further shaping the group’s properties as prime staycation destinations in the UAE.
